Describe the beams, cornices, or millwork you need examined. Include the building's approximate age, the wood species if known, and whether the damage is structural or cosmetic. We reply within two working days with a proposed site visit.
For urgent structural concerns, mention the extent of visible sagging or cracking in your message.
Photographs are not required at this stage, but a rough room dimension helps us prepare the right tools.

Heritage Project
How we saved a historic ceiling with traditional joinery and cold-pressed wax.
Moisture damage and insect infestation had weakened the structure. We documented every beam, replaced damaged sections with mortise-and-tenon joints, and finished with organic wax polish to restore the original luster.
